With over 10 years of experience in the supply industry, we are committed to reliable and timely deliveries that support your culinary success. We recently introduced an online platform to meet the growing demand for convenient online ordering - designed to make sourcing quality ingredients easier than ever.

Where are you located?

Our headquarters are located in Mississauga, Ontario, for pick-up orders.

For delivery orders, we service a wide range of areas in the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Etobicoke, North York, East York, Scarborough, and more!

What types of products do you offer?

We offer a wide range of fresh food products, including fruits, vegetables, dairy, and meat. We also carry all the staple pantry items, including spices and sauces. Everything you need from cooking, to take-out containers, paper bags, and cutlery.

Are your products organic?

We offer both organic and conventionally grown produce. Our purpose is to bring value to your establishment and help keep costs low.

How do you ensure the freshness of your products?

We maintain strict quality control standards and use temperature-controlled vehicles to ensure that all products are delivered fresh. Our produce is sourced daily from trusted farms and suppliers , and our high volume enables rapid turnover - to ensure the freshest produce for our clients.

Ordering and Delivery

How can I place an order?

You can place an order through our website. For online orders, simply create an account, browse our catalog, and add items to your cart. Our customer service team is also available to assist you with any queries. Monday to Friday 9:00am- 5:00pm.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, the pickup location is 2370 South Sheridan Way, Unit B, Mississauga Ontario (please look for the Pickup sign). The pickup time is Monday-Friday 10:00 am-4:00 pm. Please give us notice at least 2 hours before your arrival, so we can have your order ready while you arrive.

What if I have a large order?

For Wholesale and large volume clients, please contact us at 905-403-2228 or email us at orders@luckysupply.ca with your desired quantity and delivery location.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Delivery is available for orders $150+ with a shipping fee of $20.

Free shipping is offered for orders over $350.

How quickly can I expect my delivery?

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible! Please take note of our delivery schedule below:

Standard Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 48 hours.
Order Cut-Off Time: Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Days: We deliver from Monday to Friday. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to commercial addresses located in the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Etobicoke, Downtown Toronto, North York, Milton, Burlington, and Scarborough. If your area is not on the list, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your needs.
